Facility Rental

Congregation B’nai Israel’s venues are available for parties, meetings, classes, and other events.

Located in the Tustin Ranch neighborhood of Tustin, in Orange County, California, we have a beautiful Sanctuary, social hall, classrooms, and our contemporary Family Life Center. Please consider CBI as a venue for your upcoming events.

We have a beautiful, brand-new dance floor, DJ lights and uplights, and a PA system available for rent. 

Our facility is a kosher facility therefore we require that all food for all events are from an approved kosher caterer, have a hechshur and/or are made at our facility and always follow our Kashrut guidelines.

Room/Locations - space rental includes tables and chairs, 1x set-up before your event, 6 hours of usage

Sanctuary - accommodates up to 350
Social Hall - accommodates up to 180 for party with dance floor; up to 250 for banquet seating; up to 350 for auditorium seating
Half Social Hall - accommodates up to 90 for party with dance floor; up to 100 for banquet; up to 150 for auditorium seating
Courtyard - accommodates up to 250 for cocktail event, up to 70 for party with dance floor, up to 250 for auditorium style seating
Classroom - accommodates between 20-30
FLC (Family Life Center) - 3 spaces with removable divider walls, each can accommodate up to 50 people for cocktail event or auditorium style seating, up to 80 people for banquet

Additional Fees
Chuppah and Set-up
(required if serving food)
Security Fee - 5 hour minimum
Party package - set-up and use of our dance floor, up lights, lighting/trellis, airwall, white linen, step and repeat frame, speakers, rolling cart with tv and red carpet
Staffing Fee - charged hourly outside of room rental hours for set-up, tear, down, decor, etc. (on day of event if space is available)
Dishes, silver and wine glasses - please contact us with interest

Included in the room rental:
Tables: 22 - 60" round tables; 28 - 8' rectangle tables; 6 - 6' rectangle tables; 9 cocktail/high top tables
Chairs: 220 tan banquet chars; 70 white folding chairs

Payment: Credit card must be put on file to reserve space. 50% due one month prior to event. Balance due 2 days prior to event. Credit card on file will be charged if another form of payment is not provided.
