Lunch and Learn with Rabbi Spitz

Introduction to Judaism
This class is ideal for anyone looking to embrace the Jewish faith and for those wanting to reinforce and expand on what they know. Term is October through May, meetings are Sunday afternoons. Taught by Rabbi Elie Spitz, Rabbi Robin (Hoffman) Foonberg and our Rabbinic Intern in partnership with the Miller Introduction to Judaism Program at American Jewish University. Hebrew for Adults

Parashat Hashavuah Text Study
Study the week’s Torah portion every Saturday before services, from 8:30 – 9:20 am in the Social Hall. Each week a different lay leader prepares and leads the discussion. Everyone is invited to attend.
How to Read Hebrew Scripture with a Modern Lens with Ahuva Ho
Every Shabbat after Kiddush lunch with the congregation, Ahuva Ho brings discussion and insight through text study. Saturdays 1:15 – 2:15 pm in the Bet Midrash. Everyone is invited to attend.
