MEMBERSHP INFORMATION 2008-2009

Shalom. It’s membership time again! It’s hard to believe that another year has passed so quickly. We’ve had a wonderful year of member participation and enriching adult and children activities. Your membership at Congregation B’nai Israel is your link to an extended family within our Jewish community.

As our membership grows, it becomes even more important that we keep accurate records. The information on the pre-printed family record form is from our database. Please update any changes to this form and return it with the other forms. We know that you have filled out similar forms in the past, but we ask that you take a moment to complete your membership enrollment as soon as possible.

In addition, you will note that membership requires a $325 facility maintenance fee for all membership, including Sharon Lifetime Members. This fee helps to pay for the day-to-day maintenance and repairs to our building and grounds.

We would appreciate receiving your completed membership forms no later than July 31, 2008. PLEASE RETURN ALL OF THE PAGES.
